The barnsley chop is cut from the saddle area by our Master Butcher and the team. The quality of our heritage breed British lamb reflects the close proximity in which it’s reared, which is less than 5 food miles. Rack of lamb is quick to cook. It’s best cooked in a hot oven in a roasting pan with the fat side seasoned, glazed or covered with a crust.
