Stephen developed his skills and signature style during his time as a Head Chef for Jamie Oliver. Today, he calls his approach “Pretty Simple Food.” It centres on simple methods and seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Moreover, his dishes are always comforting, thoughtful, and easy for anyone to enjoy.

This artisan butchery and cookery course takes place in the historic town of Eccleshall, in the heart of rural Staffordshire. Conveniently, the location is easily accessed from Derbyshire, Shropshire, and Cheshire. In addition, we are just minutes from the M6, A51, A50, and A34. Free on-site parking is available.
On the day, our friendly kitchen angels will support you throughout the course. You’ll receive an apron, along with all the equipment and ingredients you need. Best of all, we take care of the washing up.
The course runs from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. However, you’re welcome to arrive 15 minutes early to enjoy freshly brewed tea and coffee.
Afterwards, you’ll take home everything you make to share with family and friends. Moreover, we actively work to reduce waste. Therefore, we encourage you to bring your own container to transport your pie home.
