The rib of beef joint is cut from the fore-rib and 32 day dry-aged by our Master Butcher. The rib of beef joint french trimmed with the bone left in. It is amply marbled which makes it perfect for roasting. Our heritage breed British beef is locally reared, with less than 5 food miles.
