Rib of beef


Our heritage breed beef is 32 day dry-aged by our Master Butcher. The British beef rib of beef joint (or bone in rib joint) is cut from the fore-rib with bone in. The rib of beef is a glorious joint and nicely marbled which makes is perfect for roasting. Our beef is locally reared, with less than 5 food miles.
