Perrys Field to Fork, artisan butchery and cookery school provides the perfect setting for a company team building day and company reward programmes. The School is situated in the heart of rural Staffordshire and easily accessed from the north, south east and west main road network.
Our team building day experiences are a great way to remove barriers and help us explore new ideas and build stronger relationships. Perrys Field to Fork brings people together for a shared educational and fun experience, facilitated by expert tutors, using the highest quality local produce possible, in our professional cookery school.
The idea for Perrys Field to Fork team building days was borne out of a need to preserve the heritage of traditional farming and food production techniques and by sharing artisan skills and a “hearts and minds approach” to learning, we aim to share our passion for provenance with as many people as possible, while learning new skills and creating amazing food and memorable experiences that will last a lifetime.
What sort of team building day do you host?
At Perrys Field to Fork there’s lots of different cooking experiences on offer. From smoking and curing meat, to making chocolate and cheese, to mastering the perfect pizza, there’s an experience for everyone. Immerse yourself in traditional bread-making, create sweet and savoury baked goods your gran would be proud of, take your taste buds on a culinary journey with world cuisine or learn the art of lip-smackingly good BBQ.

Our team building days change with the seasons for Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter and Christmas too. We cater for all dietary requirements so there’s always a team building event for everyone.
If plenty of time on the knife is what you’re looking for, you can also work in pairs or small groups to experience a nose-to-tail artisan butchery course, led and guided by our national champion butcher, Stephen Hill. Our stock is grass fed and reared by our fabulous farmers within just 5 miles of our School. No artisan butchery course would be complete without a BBQ session (if our lovely British weather permits) or you will enjoy cooking and dining indoors.
