Craig’s culinary journey includes working at Alain Ducasse’s IDAM in Doha, Qatar, Gordon Ramsay’s three Michelin-starred Royal Hospital Road in London, Kong Hans Kælder in Copenhagen, and The Dining Room at Whatley Manor, a two Michelin-starred restaurant under Niall Keating.
Craig’s expertise and innovative approach to cuisine led to his appointment as head chef at Niall Keating’s Lunar in Stoke-on-Trent. At Lunar, he continues to push the boundaries of culinary excellence, infusing passion and creativity into every dish.
