Perrys Field to Fork Artisan Butchery & Cookery School was borne out of a need to preserve the heritage of traditional farming and food production techniques, in favour of mass food production.
By sharing artisan skills and knowledge and a “hearts and minds approach” to learning, we aim to share our passion for provenance with as many people as possible, while creating amazing food and memorable experiences that will last a lifetime.
At Perrys Field to Fork, Perrys of Eccleshall, Master Butcher Stephen Hill shares his 30-some years’ expertise in butchery from simple sausage-making courses, hand raised pies and scotch egg making courses to learning how to traditionally prepare a side of prime pork or lamb to a forequarter of beef all of which you’ll take home to cook in the comfort of your own home.
