In this course, you’ll learn how to prepare the perfect Moroccan Vegetable Couscous, demonstrated using a large stock pot and a steamer insert.
You’ll also create a flavourful Moroccan-style Beef Shin Tagine with Prunes and Almonds, mastering this classic dish.
Additionally, you’ll acquire techniques to make Khobz, traditional Moroccan bread that’s a staple at any Moroccan meal.
Finally, you’ll master Msemmen, a traditional layered bread enjoyed at breakfast or as a snack, and serve it with honey and Moroccan tea.

This one-day cookery course takes place in the historic town of Eccleshall, in the heart of rural Staffordshire. Easily accessed from Derbyshire, Shropshire and Cheshire, we are only minutes from the M6, A51, A50 and the A34. We have free on-site parking.
Our “kitchen angels” will support you on the day and ensure you have everything you need. We’ll provide an apron, and all the equipment and ingredients you need. We’ll even do the washing up!
You’ll be sitting down to lunch with the rest of the course participants to enjoy the Moroccan food you’ve been preparing. It’s a great chance to share your cooking experiences, not to mention some great food and drink.
Our day courses run from 10.00 am to 3pm and you can join the team for morning refreshments from 9.45 am.

Sara boasts over 20 years of experience in cooking and crafting fresh pasta. Her expertise was developed at home, learning from her mother and grandmother, as well as from a small hotel in the heart of Tuscany renowned for its traditional Tuscan dishes and has a passion for Moroccan cuisine, which dates back from her childhood.
