Tagliatelle using the “chitarra” (guitar).

You will learn how to use the traditional Chitarra to make your Tagliatelle
You will then use a pasta ridge board to create your perfect garganelli and gnocchetti
Sara will teach you two delicious recipes to make the perfect complimentary sauces for your pasta
You will then learn how the perfect seasonings and flavours to make the tastiest bruschetta
You will then learn how to layer the perfect Tiramisù
This course takes place in the historic town of Eccleshall, in the heart of rural Staffordshire. Easily accessed from Derbyshire, Shropshire and Cheshire, we are only minutes from the M6, A51, A50 and the A34. We have free on-site parking.
Our “kitchen angels” will support you on the day and ensure you have everything you need. We’ll provide an apron, and all the equipment and ingredients you need. We’ll even do the washing up!
This course runs from 9.30 am to 3.00 pm and you can join us from 15 minutes before the course begins for freshly brewed tea, coffee.
You’ll be sitting down to lunch with the rest of the course participants to enjoy the food you’ve been preparing. It’s a great chance to share your cooking experiences, not to mention some great food.
We make a conscious effort to reduce waste and encourage you to bring your own containers to transport your goodies home.
