From smoking and curing meat, to making chocolate and cheese, or mastering the perfect pizza, there’s an experience for everyone. Team building days with traditional techniques
Our team building days change with the seasons for Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter and Christmas. There’s always a team building event for everyone because we cater for all dietary requirements.
If you’re looking for plenty of time on the knife, you can experience a nose-to-tail artisan butchery course. Our team building butchery courses are led and guided by our national champion Master Butcher, Stephen Hill. You’ll work only with grass fed stock and reared by our fabulous farmers within just 5 miles of our School.
No artisan butchery course would be complete without a BBQ session. And, you’ll cook outdoors as long as the British weather is on our side.
