Sara Guidi
Sara has more than 20 years’ experience of cooking and creating fresh pasta. She learnt at home, in Pisa, from her mum and grandmother, as well as working in a small hotel in the heart of Tuscany making traditional Tuscan dishes.
Sara started making fresh pasta when she was 14 years old. She used to be a very fussy eater, having never liked Gnocchi until she was convinced to try some handmade. This was revolutionary. Saras’ passion for fresh and homemade food stems from this moment. She had never tasted anything so good and couldn’t believe the difference making pasta from scratch makes. Sara soon started practising other types of fresh pasta and has now been making it for many years for her lucky friends and family.
Since moving to the UK in 2015 Sara has made sure to continue creating mouth-wateringly flavourful Italian dishes. She is constantly learning and wants to share her passion and knowledge with you.
