You will be using only a few seasonal ingredients per dish, it is about good ingredients, simple cooking techniques and using the BBQ to your advantage to elevate and lift the flavours.
You’ll also leave with plenty of your own creations to take home and share with your friends and family.

This BBQ cooking experience takes place in the historic town of Eccleshall, in the heart of rural Staffordshire. Easily accessed from Derbyshire, Shropshire and Cheshire, we are only minutes from the M6, A51, A50 and the A34. We have free on-site parking.
Our “kitchen angels” will support you on the day and ensure you have everything you need. We’ll provide an apron, and all the equipment and ingredients you need. We’ll even do the washing up!
You will learn about Pretty Simple BBQ food only using a few seasonal ingredients and the methods to maximise the flavours.
We make a conscious effort to reduce waste and encourage you to bring your own containers to transport your goodies home.
Our all day course run from 9.30 am to 3.00 pm and you can join the team for refreshments from 9.15 am.

No prior experience is necessary for this BBQ cookery course only enthusiasm.
This cours will appeal to keen cooking enthusiasts and those who want to develop their skills and knowledge with outdoor cooking.
